Erika graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1999. She began her career as an attorney by representing injured employees in workers’ compensation claims. In 2000, Erika also obtained her bar license in the State of Georgia.
She joined a statewide insurance defense firm in 2000, where she continued her practice in the workers’ compensation arena representing employers and carriers. Her experience as a defense attorney has proved invaluable, as she has gained a unique perspective regarding the intricate practices of insurance companies.
In 2008, Erika returned to work solely representing injured workers. Erika has expanded her practice to include representation of claimants seeking eligibility for social security disability benefits and to other areas of personal injury law in Florida and Georgia.
Erika is a mother of three children, whose hobbies include traveling, camping, and attending sporting events. She is an avid FSU fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
